We are having lots of fun. I have been using Baby Einstein to teach the kids some simple sign language. We know "kiss, Mommy, Daddy, Baby, milk, cereal, eat, drink, more, help, ball, blanket". I am trying to take pictures of them signing with me. So far that's not worked. Max is letting us borrow his "Baby Can Read" videos. That's been a bigger challenge. The video is about half hour long. I sit with them repeating the activites with them. The word list is kinda interesting. Hi, clap, nose, wave, arms up, arms down, gorilla, elephant, tiger etc. It isn't off any sight word list that I've used to teach children to read in the past. But I'm sure it has been tested with babies. I'm going to contiune to do the videos with the children. I am determined to teach them to read as we continue to play and bond. Joshua will probably be the first one to read!!!! He loves watching the video.
